During the week they will motivate and challenge you through varied workouts like SKY training, yoga, functional training, running, mobility and movement conditioning, beach workout, meditation and circuit training. You will get the opportunity to develop your training technics and get inspired to reach your training goals and also get the invaluable individual coaching! Between the classes you will have time to enjoy the Miami sun, the beautiful sea, great food and atmosphere.

Our training trip to Miami is a great combination of different workouts in an inspiring place. During the week we offer a training schedule with different workouts that suits everyone regardless of training level. During the trip there will be 2-3 workout classes a day and free time between the workouts to relax and explore the city.
We will get the chance to try out the revolutionized indoor cycling that has taken the world of fitness by storm at SoulCycle South Beach. We will also take a class at popular Barrys Bootcamp, an original high-intensity workout. Where each class uses a mix of running and weights to tone muscle, maximize weight loss. Our trainers Shirin Djavidi and Tanja Djelevic will inspire, motivate and challenge you through their diverse classes, some of them you can read more about below.

In SKY Training, it is important that the body, the muscles, the heart and the flexibility are challenged while the mental bit is allowed to take a large place. Circuit training includes a variety of workouts that combine both strength and fitness, ranging from couple exercises to exercise where the body is challenged with the help of tools and body weight.
It is partly about exercising strength in movements rather than in specific muscles and partly about exercising through the same exercise strength, mobility, balance and coordination in order to cope with stress in everyday life and during training sessions.
Shirin has worked with and written about training for almost 20 years. She has a solid track record as an author, yoga teacher, personal trainer, lecturer and inspirer. For Shirin, it is about trying to get all pieces in place in life to be as happy, strong and healthy as possible. “Health is the most important thing we have. If we do not have the health, both physically and mentally, we have nothing. ”
Tanja is a personal trainer, international fitness expert and wellness coach. She has been promoting a mind and body connection through her own brand – Loud Fitness long. Tanja strives to help her clients how to live a physically and mentally pain free life through the balance of fitness, nutrition and positive psychology. She is also passionate about teaching her Create Lifeforce retreats, in beautiful inspiring destinations.
Boende och mat
South Beach is knowns as the cultural heart of Miami where you will find famous beaches, the trendiest nightlife and the best shops and restaurants, not to mention the Art Deco Historical District. We will be staying at Pestana South Beach, an Art Deco Boutique Hotel. Located only 5 minutes from the waters of South Beach. Here you can indulge yourself and experience the most sophisticated side of architecture, culture and urban events.
The hotel offers a courtyard where you will find a heated outdoor swimming pool, a bistro and a bar. We will stay in spacious and bright twin or single rooms. The rooms include free internet, cable TV and bike rental services so you can get to know the city at your own pace.
What physical level is required for this trip?
Everyone is welcome to attend this trip. The training will mainly be done outdoors with the body as resistance. This trip is a perfect way to get started with your excercise, take your training to the next level and to find new inspiration.
Can I go alone?
You can definitely travel alone. Making a training trip is a great way to get to know new people who share one's interests.
I want to go with a friend, but we are at different levels. Can we go together anyway?
Of course! It does not matter if you are at different levels, the training is adapted so that everyone can participate according to their own conditions.
What do I need to bring with me?
You need to bring with you a couple of clothes changes for training, as we will train several times a day. There is unfortunately no laundry facilities at the hotel. You also need to bring shoes suitable for training. Since there is a pool at the hotel and we are close to the sea, you should of course bring both swimwear and bath towel. We also recommend that you bring your own water bottle.
